Through the TPS service you can access with a single click to a wide range of spare parts such as compressors, coils, hydraulic circulators, electrical and electronic equipment, heat exchangers, and more, available with extremely short delivery times!

Surfing on www.thermocold.it you will find a dedicated area where it is possible to download the full list of authorized Thermocold Technical Assistance Centers and the whole database of original spare parts, available in factory for prompt delivery.

Among the main innovations introduced with TPS, there is the new SPARE PARTS PRICE LIST in excel format, easy to read and available for download on our website in Intranet > CAT> Parts Price List.

HOW TO USE IT?
Sign in on www.thermocold.it and download the price list: you can choose the desired component autonomously, selecting it into the "Type" column.

HOW TO ORDER THE SPARE PART?
Just send the code of the desired component to After Sales Dep. by opening a support ticket on the dedicated web portal.
1. Access to www.thermocold.it and click on "TECHNICAL SUPPORT" to open a support ticket;
2. Create a new ticket and select Post-sales > Spare parts;
3. Fulfill all the fields in the form and paste the code, copied from the parts price list, in the field "notes" at the bottom of the page;
4. Click on "Send the ticket" to complete the procedure.
