Aicarr Journal: multifunctional units

aicarr_journalAICARR interviews Thermocold, one of the few companies on the market that uses the complex technology of multifunctional units, the winning solution that meets the today's energetic demand of  the service sector (shopping centers, hotels, spas and large directional complex), for simultaneous production, in all seasons of the year, of heating and cooling energy for space heating, air conditioning and domestic hot water production.

Thermocold launched the multifunctional unit in 1994, and in recent years has largely consolidated its technology of its multifunctional systems with particular attention to the contexts in which they are used, explains Giovanni Renna, CEO of Thermocold.

"In nearly twenty years, we have accumulated a vast background of knowledge and experience, particularly in terms of integration between unite and the plant, which is one of the most sensitive issues in the use of multifunctional system. For us, in fact, is not sufficient to propose the product, but you need to integrate it perfectly into the plant environment to enhance their potential and take full advantage of economic and energy benefits... We could, not only make their use more reliable, but to develop a real system that can fit easily in a building... We followed a path aimed at the complete reliability, by choosing, in the view of the complexity of its circuits and of the automated operations, a strong reduction in the number of moving parts and for a more powerful electronic control system.
