It has been developed to meets all system requirements with custom made products, designed and built to the specific needs of each clients.

DUO: new more competitive versions

Creating high-tech and functional solutions to anticipate the market trends has always been one of the primary goals for Thermocold.
With the new DUO, Thermocold clearly differs from the current landscape in heating and air conditioning both for residential and industrial applications, expanding the range of available versions in order to be suitable with various project contexts.
Specifically designed according to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, the DUO is distinguished by its ability to integrate into any plant, both in new buildings and in the energy upgrading of existing buildings, replacing the traditional boiler + chiller system.

In addition to the split and packaged models, the DUO range has been further segmented in the following versions:

• multifunctional units for space heating and cooling and hot sanitary water production
• reversible heat pump for space heating and cooing
• non-reversible heat pump for space heating and hot sanitary water production
• non-reversible heat pump for space heating

All basic versions are suitable for extreme outdoor air temperature conditions up to -20 ° C and provide a maximum cooling capacity, about 1,5 times the heating capacity.

We have inagurated the new environmental chamber for Thermocold Research and Development activity in addition to the five chambers already operative for the testing activities of the production process.

This new enviromental chamber even more modern and innovative than those already in production, allows us to test products in a wide range of outdoor temperatures which will then be submitted to our units (from -20 ° C to simulate winter conditions and +60 ° C for the operating conditions in certain countries where these conditions are the norm and not the exception)

In collaboration with the Engineering Consultant Rocco Luciano Uva, Thermocold analyzes the birth of a new Thermal Era and the application of multifunctional hydronic heat generators in building constructions, presenting the DUO innovation.

The UE plans (20-20-20) for the reduction of refrigerants with greenhouse effect, for the use of renewable energy source and for the reduction of energy consumption are focused to promote the urgent need of energy efficiency especially in homebuilding.
