The Customer Service Center is the international Fiat Contact Center managing on behalf of the multinational customer care, customer assistance, sales support and market research.
The building is located in Arese (Milan), a modern and newly renovated construction that consists of 5000 square meters, equipped with a Thermocold unit for summer air conditioning.
The HVAC system is based on a HEVW 42200 VC unit, a cooling tower and air handling units. The selected units is a water-water chiller, with 4 refrigerant circuits, able to develope a cooling capacity of 2200 kW.
In order to provide clear and reliable information about performance of the unit, Thermocold has organized a witnessed test supervised by Rina third party certification institute, which has certified the real performance of the unit with the working parameters requested by the customer.
The certfication supervised by Rina third party certification institute and by the customer ensures reliability of performance, higher than any European certification.
