The object is an hotel with a wellness center spa where is required air conditioning, space heating and swimming pool heating. The wellness center is composed by 4 hammams , sports rooms, massage and swimming pool which requires additionally dehumidification and hot sanitary water all year long. In the view of the application the four pipes technology represent the most efficient solution, considering that all along the year the Hotel needs simultaneously chilled and warm water for different purpose. Thanking to this technology that warm water is free of charge because it is recovered. This solution boast the efficiency of the plants operating with a very high seasonal efficiency ratio.
